What will you contribute?
As a Senior Technical Consultant you will play an important role for executing and delivering projects of all dimensions, ensuring that customer solutions are delivered timely with good quality, within the scope and the budget.
Responsibilities & Deliverables:
Your deliverables as a Senior Technical Consultant will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Work with customer to analyse, determine and document the technical requirements for the implementation of Finastra products (mainly Kondor+, K+TP, FusionRisk)
Install and configure Finastra software, configure database server
Build technical solutions (scripts,applications) to automate processing and facilitate other customer requirements
Provide advice and guidance in order to help them to find a solution to their business needs
Work with customer during the implementation, assist customers with test activities, deliver training courses to the customer
Provide reports and updates throughout the project lifecycle to a project manager
Effective communication and mentoring junior Technical Consultants.
Strong client focus and impeccable professional integrity
A degree in computer science or equivalent work experience
Good spoken and written English
Scripting abilities (Unix shell scripts, Java would be an advantage)
Good Unix, Linux or Windows skills
SQL on Oracle, Sybase or MS SQL
Knowledge of Finastra products is a plus (Kondor+, FusionRisk, K+TP)
Effective interpersonal communication skills and transparency
Ability to work in a team environment
Knowledge of software development life cycles is a plus
Willingness & ability to travel
