Reports to: Senior Director, APAC Marketing

Summary: The incumbent is the strategic marketing interface with selected Strategic Partners (for example these may include IBM, Deloitte, Accenture, McKinsey, Cognizant, KPMG, Infosys, Microsoft) – at global and regional level ( select few )and orchestrates a strategic plan in specific regions and markets in APAC. In sync with the Regional Partners Sales teams, the Global Partner Marketing manager and the Regional Field Marketing teams, the incumbent will develop GTM-focused co-marketing programs (Finastra funded and co-funded), with the global and regional partners in-region.


  • Planning/Engagement

  • Be the primary strategic marketing interface between marketing leaders at selected strategic partners

  • Works hand in hand with the Partner Team at Finastra

  • Formulates the APAC partner marketing plan attached to the business plan. The marketing plan contains guiding principles, themes, detailed global communications calendar - regionalised, campaign activities

  • Recruits partner to Finastra events and/or drives sponsorship, ensures Finastra involvement in key partner events

  • Brings in solution marketing leaders and GSC team into strategic meetings with partners, to help define the joint value props and collaterals

  • Oversees the creation of consistent branding, collateral, registration process, enablement approach and communication of Regional Partner Centres of Excellence / Innovation Centre with support from regional field marketing

  • Provides support to strategic partners to refine solution and CoE/innovation centre messaging for partners own resources and for Finastra teams

  • Joint Demand Generation

  • Planning, aligning and coordinating the execution of key marketing programs among several strategic partners tied to global and regional GTM initiatives.

  • Responsibility of the regional marketing plans in the key areas of campaign management & content marketing.

  • Finastra/Partner: Jointly drive and execute content creation, webinars, digital and social marketing initiatives, live events with the collaboration of the marketing team (regional and central)

  • Identify key opportunities in the region pipeline that can benefit from the Partners Center of Excellence and support the regional sales team to drive attendance to these centers.

  • Negotiates and manages the regional partner marketing budget and appropriately allocates funds across the GTM mix.

  • Tracks, measures and analyzes marketing initiatives and partner building activities

  • 10 years min in a similar position - Alliance Marketing, Partner Demand Generation, Business development

  • Industry: Financial Services preferably, Software, Subscription based IT sales.
