Key Responsibilities (Key accountabilities of the job)
Requirement Analysis – Understand and anticipate hiring needs and requirements by working with management team on strategic directions of Lines of business groups
Create a strong people brand internally that translate externally in a way that attracts the best people in our employing markets, taking the outside in from a talent perspective and bringing meaning to what it means to Connect, Innovate & Expand.
Identify and recruit internal/external talents to ensure effective mix of competencies
Creatively locate candidates from a variety of sources of leads including research, employee referrals and direct contacts. Proactively build pipeline of candidates regularly.
Apply Behavioral Interviewing methods in evaluating prospective candidates for Misys.
Perform full life cycle recruiting activities (source, screen, interview, qualify, hire, and maintain relationships)
Develop and maintain a pool of qualified applicants using cutting edge techniques including the internet (job boards, social media, etc.),professional associations, external search agencies, direct sourcing, networking, community relations efforts, employee referrals and company websites
Maintain the applicant database by entering candidate information and recruiting activity via Hirebridge
Specification (Qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience)
Undergraduate degree required
10 -12 years experience recruiting (external & internal)
Outstanding written and oral communication skills required
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize workload required
Proven track record sourcing candidates using traditional and non-traditional search methods
Customer focus to exceed expectations of internal and external clients
