As a Software Developer, candidate needs to perform analysis and design activities based on functional specifications and write application code, participate in unit testing, and create/modify technical documentation. He will also develop software standards and procedures, improve design of existing code, identify problems and develop solutions


  • Analyze the change request or PFS and write application code, test and debug application, scripts, modules and stored procedures and follow coding standards.

  • Performs updates to programs, scripts, source code and process changes for various projects

  • Ensure client satisfaction by quality and timely delivery of tasks.

  • Document client suggestions; provide work-around solutions, when possible, for identified problems in CreditPath product

  • Use tracking system(s) to report and monitor product maintenance and enhancements.

  • Readiness to learn and adapt to varied technical tasks.

  • Adhere to Finastra Client Services standards and processes while also ensuring assigned performance targets and service level objectives are met.

  • Other duties and projects as assigned.


  • Minimum 2 years experience in Software Development (C# or any other languages)

  • Minimum 2 years experience in SQL server

  • Knowledge of software development methodologies and the development lifecycle.

  • Effective technical and analytical skills

  • ready to work on 4:30 PM to 1:30 AM (IST) shift

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills; effective customer service skills.

  • Possesses a neat, punctual, positive, proactive and professional work ethic.
